Lost Items in the Terminal
If you lost an item within the terminal, please contact FLO’s Public Safety department at +1 (843) 519-0591. Our staff will assist you in locating and recovering your belongings.
Lost Items through Security
For items left at the security checkpoint, please contact the TSA Lost and Found office directly by calling +1 (843) 637-1846. More information can be found on the TSA website.
Lost Items on the Plane
If you’ve lost an item on a plane or at the gate, please visit the American Airlines website to file a lost and found report. They will search for your item for up to 30 days and provide email updates on the status of your search. If your item is found, you’ll receive instructions for delivery or pickup.
