Parking at FLO is has never been easier for frequent travelers or first-time visitors. With the ability to hold 500 vehicles, including handicap-accessible spaces, the airport parking lot is located directly in front of the terminal for quick access to ticketing, security and all gates.

To park at FLO:

  1. Stop at the blue kiosk at one of the two parking lot entrances
  2. Press “GET A TICKET” on the touchscreen
  3. Take your ticket and enter the parking lot when the gate opens
  4. Park in any available space

To exit and pay:

  1. Stop at the blue “Pay Here” kiosk at the lot exit
  2. Scan your ticket
  3. Tap your credit card or device to pay, or insert your credit card (Cash is not accepted at this location)
  4. When the transaction is complete, take your receipt and exit the parking lot when the gate opens

Misplaced your ticket? Simply press “LOST TICKET” on the touchscreen

Picking Someone Up from FLO?

Simply follow the instructions above to enter the parking lot and enjoy two free hours of parking. If you stay longer than two hours, you will have to pay to exit the lot.

Parking Reservations

If you prefer to reserve parking in advance, simply go to https://go.lazparking.com/flyflo

  1. Choose your dates
  2. Enter your information
  3. Pay
  4. Click View Pass in your confirmation email for your entry code
  5. Scan entry code at blue kiosk when you enter and exit the parking lot

If you stay beyond your reservation end time, you will be required to pay an overstay charge at the kiosk.

Reservation FAQs

When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with a pass. When you arrive at the airport, show the QR code in your pass and the gate will lift automatically. The process is the same at entry and exit.

When you arrive, the gate may lift by reading your license plate. This is not available for all vehicles, but please proceed in if the gate goes up when you arrive. It is important that your vehicle license plate information is entered correctly. This can be updated at the Find a Reservation webpage up to 2 hours in advance of your entry time.

You can find your reservation by searching for “Parking Reservation: FLO” or “[email protected]” in your email. If you can’t locate it, double check your junk folder and work/personal email account. If you still can’t find it, email [email protected].

You will not need the QR code in your reservation to enter the parking lot.

No. There are no designated spaces or areas for reservations. A reservation is just a way to pay for parking and save time when you arrive.

Reservations cannot be modified, but they can be canceled up to two hours in advance. You may cancel your reservation and book again with your updated entry and exit times.

Your confirmation email is your receipt. You can also download a receipt by entering your booking reference and email on the Find a Reservation webpage.

Yes! Parking reservations are provided by LAZ Parking, which partners with NIFT Rewards. You can opt-in for NIFT rewards when booking a reservation on the LAZ website. NIFT rewards are not directly affiliated with FLO. If you have questions about NIFT rewards, please visit the NIFT website.

NIFT is a rewards program that is offered through FLO’s parking reservation platform. When you make a reservation and check the box to “remind me about gift offers and rewards,” you will opt-in to NIFT Rewards, a free program. An offer will be emailed to you, separate from your reservation confirmation. It will include a digital gift card that can be used for a variety of gifts, such as food delivery, clothing, and gym memberships. If you have questions about NIFT rewards, please visit the NIFT website.

Electric Vehicle Charging

Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available in the airport parking lot for your convenience. Please follow posted signage for exact locations and usage guidelines.

Charging is powered through the Beta Technologies network, and payment and activation can be easily managed using the Beta Technologies app, available for download on Apple’s App Store for iPhones and the Google Play Store for Android devices. We recommend installing the app prior to your visit to ensure a smooth charging experience.
