Flybrary

The Flybrary initially began as the Airport Book Exchange, which allowed visitors and passengers alike to enjoy reading a good book while waiting for a flight, take a book along with them for keeps, or return it to the library when they return from their trip—all free of charge.

As the book exchange started gaining traction, the airport began receiving numerous book donations from various sources, eventually becoming more kid-friendly, and was renamed the “Flybrary.”

Today, the Flybrary is used as both a book exchange and the reading center during the airport’s summer reading program. It is currently headed by Florence Rotary West Club and offers a wide variety of reading material for visitors and passengers of all ages.
